What it did and why it's for sale

We ran The Coffee Truck part time around the Valley: HOA events, community markets and private bookings. Espresso drinks, drip, cold brew, smoothies, plus pastries and breakfast burritos from the display case. Our focus moved elsewhere and the truck has been sitting. It should be out working, so we're selling it.

This is an asset sale. You're buying the truck, the equipment and the brand. It is not a business with ongoing revenue.

What you can run in it

It's set up for coffee, but that's not the limit. This is a Type 3 unit with the full water and sink setup. That plumbing is the slow, expensive part of building a food truck, and it's already done. Concepts that fit with no changes:

Permits

Maricopa County MFU permits are issued to the operator, not the unit. Buyer obtains their own permit. We'll hand over the county guidelines and the permit and commissary records we have to make that go fast.

It's ready to operate now, in time for the fall and winter event season. We'll walk you through the county process.

Financing

Partial seller financing available to qualified buyers. Terms are set at closing with a meaningful down payment. Banks don't lend on trucks like this, so we're open to helping the right buyer get there.
